Missing subform

I am running Access 2003. I have a report that has a subform on it. When I
run the report, the subform shows up fine on the first page, after that
though, the subform disappears on all following pages. This all happened
after the installation of SP1. Any ideas on how to fix it, and is Microsoft
aware of this issue?

Did anybody resolve this issue of missing subforms on subsequent pages of a
report. If you did could you please tell me how as I have the same problem.
