Hi,

While creating a macro the Stop Recording button/toolbar disappeared. I can
record a macro, but the box never shows up agaiin. Can anyone tell me how to
make it appear again?

Thanks

Jim, try this, when you are recording a macro go to view toolbars and check
stop recording

To reactivate the Stop Recording toolbar:

Choose Tools>Macro>Record New Macro
Click OK
Choose View>Toolbars>Stop Recording
Click the Stop Recording button (the blue square)

The next time you record a macro, the toolbar should automatically appear.
When you're finished recording, click the Stop Recording button

If you close the toolbar by clicking the X, it will disappear again.

Jim

Tools>Customize>Toolbars. Select "Stop Recording" toolbar>Close

Stop Recording Toolbar should now be visible on sheet.

Hit "X" to close it(but not while you are recording).

It will pop up next time you use recorder. Do not close the "Stop
Recording" toolbar via "X" while recorder is running or you will lose it
again.
