Missing Signature after Reinstallation

After uninstalling Outlook 2003 from a client PC on a Win2003SBS domain and
reinstalling it from the Client Apps folder on the Server the signature is
missing although the emails, calendar an contacts are preserved. Is there
anyway of recovering the signature?

Signatures are kept in %AppData%\Microsoft\SIgnatures as part of the
person's Windows user profile.
