Missing shared .dll files in Windows Vista, Help!

This files I had after Win Vista installation, or not? Help me find
missing
files?

They do not exist on my Vista installation so I suspect the registry keys
are left overs, from what I'm not sure. For the ones in the framework
folder you could get them there by installing the .NET 1.0 framework, but
unless there is some program needing them then I wouldn't bother doing that.
