Missing Settings

I know I'm not losing my mind here, but it seems like my Internet Explorer
Maintenance Tab(Under Software Setting) is missing.

I go into Group Policy Management Console, and I'm able to see it, it tells
me what
my default homepage I've set to.

But when I go to edit that policy, it's not listed!

Does anyone know how I can retrieve it back?

The only thing I remember installing was the Windows 2003 AdminPak, would
that cause a problem?

That does not help me at all, if it's not listed there.

I go into my Group Policy Management Console, Under "User Configuration",
Under "Window Settings", I only have Remote Installation Services.

I'm missing the following settings: Internet Explorer Maintenance, Security
Settings and Folder Redirection.

Help!
