Hello,

I have a laptop running Win2K+SP4. All of a sudden the "Safely Remove
Hardware" icon was gone from the system tray. I can I return it back ?

Thanks

That icon is only there if there is removable hardware in the system.
Is there?

I use a wireless pcmcia card. I used to see both icons - Safely Remove
Hardware and Networking one. Although the "Show icon in taskbar when
connected is checked in the LAN properties menu, I can't see it.
THIS IS VERY NEW SYSTEM TRAY look for me.

Dudi,
Perhaps the pcmcia card has died. Does it work?
