missing row

Row no. 10 is missing on my worksheet. rows 1 to 9, and 11 onwards are ok.
How do I recover row 10
 
Hi

one option is that it is hidden
click on the row number 9 and drag down to the 11 (this will select these
two rows)
now right mouse click on the 11 and choose unhide
and hopefully row 10 will return

Or row ht is set to 0. Using the same method as unhide, highlite above and
below and use format>row>height
