missing *.resx file

Hello All

I accidently deleted my *.resx form file from my application directory.
Now I can't reopen my form in design view.

Can I get it back ?

When I delete files in Visual Studio .Net, the message
displayed is:
" 'File' will be permanently deleted." I can still find them in the
Recycle Bin though. So check there and I hope you find it!
