missing reference

Just made a dbase in Access and sudenly I get the error message that I´am
missing umnoutl~1.ll, when I start the dbase. I don't know how this happend
and how to fix it?

should be: umoutl~1.dll

References are located under the module. Open a module and click Tools
References. The references dialog box opens. If a reference is
missing it should say MISSING as a prefix to the reference.

Un click the missing reference and scroll down the reference dialog box
to find it again.
