missing red eye removal

There used to be a super red eye removal, crop etc. at right hand side of screen, but I can't find it any more! Any ideas how to get it back? I have installed PSP, would that be the cause?
 
What application are you using? Most programs that offer these tools will have the
options in menus on the toolbar, you may have to enable a toolbar.
