Missing Recycle Bin

I resently unistalled Norton System works. I now find that
it also removed my recycle bin. I checked the registry and
the item is not there. How can I get it back?

Control Panel > Display > Desktop tab > Customize Desktop button > General
tab > Restore Default button.
