Missing pull-down menu of "FILE"

According to the missing pull-down menu of "FILE", I have tried to
uninstalled and installed the microsoft office, but still unsuccessful. I
can't do page setup since the word of "FILE" is disappeared. But the
pull-down menu such as "EDIT", "VIEW" still in the microsoft word. Please
