Missing Program file

Hi, I have entered this request for help 3 times now.And
still I can't get anyone to help me. I am missing a
program file: mscoree.dll I don't have a clue what this
file is used for or what program relies on it to work
properly. I am not a computer wiz but I do know a little
as I refer to my inside out bood alot. But I can't seem
to find this particular error message in it. Can't
someone have a heart and help me. My e-mail address is:

Have you returned back to your previous requests for help in order to see if
anyone responded??? I know that I responded to your 2/27/2004 request for
help on this same subject in this same newsgroup. My response was to direct

have your answer. It's better than a book.
