missing PR_BODY_HTML and PR_HTML in mail item ?

Can anyone tell me why an HTML formatted message in Outlook 2000 would not
have either a PR_BODY_HTML or a PR_HTML property?

On all of my test systems I always have at least one of these properties for
an HTML formatted message. I have a user who is using Outlook 2000 and this
property doesn't show up on their messages. I've asked them to use Outlook
Spy to verify, and they indeed do not have this property.

Thanks,

Because Outlook itself (except for Outlook 2000 IMO) always uses the
RTF-wrapped HTML in PR_RTF_COMPRESSED.
