Missing options on right click menu

When I right click on the FROM address in an open email, I do not get the
options to schedule a meeting or create a rule.

My other computer has the same version of outlook, 2003, and it has these
options. They appear to be the same sp level. Do I need an add-on?

I use OL 2003 and when I right-click the Sender address in an open message I
get Properties, Send Options, Add to Contacts, Lookup Contact, Cut, Copy,
Paste, Clear, and Select All. The Actions menu of an open message will
include the Create Rule item. If you right-click a contact in your Contacts
folder, however, you will get the option to create a new meeting request.

Brian,

re: Outlook 2003

we have a user whose right-click options no longer show up in the inbox when
clickign on amesage. We ahve tried reinstalling office multiple times. Any
idea?

right-click works correctly in all other office apps.

I have never encoundered a problem with a context menu no longer appearing,
so I'm at a loss to suggest anything. Sorry.

I'm having the same problem with Outlook XP SP3. I'm moving to new computer,
installed Office, did all updates, moved PST over, all working. Except with
the new setup, I can't right click on an email to mark as read or see
headers. I've spent several hours looking for a setting that controls this
but can't find it. Everything appears to be same as original setup.

Note that right click works elsewhere even in Outlook--for example, I can
right click on a folder and get options.

I suspect a security setting, but could use some help!

Tom
