Missing old appointments

Does anyone know if Outlook XP/2002 drops data out of the
calendar after so many months? I wanted to print out
meeting dates for the whole year. Jan, Feb, Mar and April
were blank except for recurring events.
 
Check your AutoArchive settings and see if the older items are being
archived on a regular basis after they reach a certain age. Check both the
global AA settings (Tools | Options | Other | AutoArchive) and the
folder-specific settings (right-click the folder, select Properties, then
the AutoArchive tab). Folder specific settings overrule the global ones,
but AA must be turned on globally for anything to AutoArchive.
