missing of corrupt ntoskrnl.exe file

I am getting a "missing or corrupt ntoskrnl.exe" error and can not boot. My
computer did not come with the Windows XP disk or Recovery disk. I can not
boot up in safe mood or any other mode. How can I recover my system?
 
Make sure you don't have a floppy in the Drive when booting up.
