Dual boot system with ME on C: and XP Pro on D:
C: was Primary partition and D: Extended partition
I ran Partition Magic to reduce C: by 2 GB and all went fine until system
rebooted. Black screen with cursor flashing in upper right corner. Tried to
boot with ME Rescue Disk and got "NTLDR is missing" message.
Cannot boot to either OS at all. Any help very much appreciated!!!

Try booting from the XP CD. Run the Recovery Console. Type "fixmbr"
and "fixboot" (in that order) in the conole and then reboot. What
happens?

P.S. This is assuming you are using the native Windows' XP boot loader
and not Powerquest's Bootmagic.
