Missing Normal.dot template

I have lost some of my formatting (tool bars no longer appear) so I went
looking for the Normal.dot template. It is missing - gone. I have searched
in several ways and the folder where it belongs is empty. How do I
find/restore this template?
 
Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.
