Missing mshtml.hlp file

When I try to save certain photos or gifs in an e-mail I get the message
that the mshtml.hlp file is missing.

I searched my C:\ and it does not exist.

I went to the Microsoft online support and could not get any add'l info.
All links lead to a dead-end.

Can anyone help me with finding this file?

There is a reported bug with IE7 and Outlook Express.

You are correct, Mshtml.hlp does not exist.
