missing MSComctlLib

You should do a complete installation of Office, or at
least with all the components of Access. MSComctlLib is
the Windows Common Controls library, which includes the
ActiveX TreeView and ListView controls. Without this
library, not only can you not design forms using the
ActiveX controls in question, you can't even run them.
Visual Basic 5 or later also comes with this library. It
should be available for download from microsoft.com,
complete with an installation program that should take
care of tedious stuff like registering the components.
