Missing Macro Recorder Toolbar

My Macro recorder Toolbar is missing. Can someone assisting me in getting it
back?

Hi!

Right click any toolbar.
Select Customize from the menu that appears.
Select the Toolbars tab.
Scroll down and near the bottom you'll see: STOP RECORDING
Check STOP RECORDING.
Close

If you are recording a macro and hit the "X" instead of
the "blue button" (STOP RECORDING) that will cause the
toolbar to not appear.
