Missing License FYE Error code COOD11b4

Alright, i know that i am missing my license and i have searched everywhere
for it and it is not on my cpu. Is there any way to download it. Oh yeah, i
am using Windows media player 10. Yeah, big surprise right? Well, i have
tried contacting the company, will not email me back. Any suggestions out
there?

Your details are rather sketchy. I *assume* you have either purchased or
ripped some music/video that has license protection. The license would
be on your machine and can't be downloaded from somewhere else. You need
to backup your licenses.
