missing library CDO 1.21, how to install please ?

Hello,

where to set CDO 1.21 to install, exactly please ?
It's an optional installation, but I can not find where to set it.
compiling VBA => missing library CDO 1.21...


In the installation I have set [installed] :
Microsoft Office Outlook
--> Collaboration Data Objects


but still missing library :blush:((

help please,
