Missing Jpeg option in "Save As" window

Hello,
When right clicking a jpeg picture from a web site, and then choosing the
Save Picture as ... option, a new window appears. I have lost the option of
saving as a jpeg, only BMP appears.
Any suggestions or help would be very much appreciated.
Thank you for your time.

It doesn't sound like it makes any since, but clear out your temporary
internet files in your browser and then it should work
