Missing installation CD, need to locate a file

After installing some new IPAQ software Outlook failed to
open properly. After basic troubleshooting I uninstalled
the program thinking that the Outlook software that came
with the Compaq IPAQ would reinstall. However, it requires
the original installation CD which I can not locate, I
have looked everywhere. The file it is looking for is
outret.msi. Is there any way that I can get this
particular file from Microsoft, or somewhere
authenticated? I am running a Dell Inspiron 8100 and my
Office software came with the purchase. I am running
Office 2002 on an ME OS.

Any advice?
 
If Office came with yr Dell its probably an OEM copy, you will thus have to
contact Dell for support.
