There isn't enough detail in your posting (what software
etc). However, it sounds like you have your settings set
for 'plain text' emails instead of 'html' (which it sounds
like you want). Unless you give further information so we
can assist you, try adjusting the settings in your
software to display html emails....however, this isn't
really an IE related question...............
