missing icons

How do you recover the OE and Windows Explorer icons to
the Programs folder? I don't know why or how they
disappeared, but they are gone.

Are these the only one's missing? If so, what were they replaced as? Added

These are the only ones that I've noticed missing. It
looks as if they have been deleted. I did a search for OE
and Explorer and found the executables but I have no idea
why the icons are gone.

Could they have been moved to perhaps the Start Menu or Desktop? Many users
do this.
