Missing Icons

When I call or go to HELP the Icons do now show up anymore. All I see is
like a little square with an X in it.

Is there a fix to this.

If you're too freaking stupid to scroll down and follow the discussion
there, then push away from the keyboard and give it to someone with
the brains to know what to do.
 
Hey Steve, I read the link you sent me and I have the content type exactly
as listed. what next?
 
I did both steps and after it finished, it still no ICONS in my HELP Window,
just the red X marks.
