Missing Icons

I have one user who after she logs in, her desktop is blank.
She can use Exploere to navigate to teh Desktop folder in her profile and
the use teh programs after clicking on start/programs etc..
But why is her desktop not displaying??

Check that explorer.exe is the default shell to start. Look at the Reg_Sz
string value of;
"Shell"="Explorer.exe"
found at
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

Yeah I'd just give her a new profile and see if that helps. Make sure the profile can "logon locally" and can "Access this computer from the Network" in Group Policy.
