Missing Help Files

Suddenly my help files are missing. I did a quick search in the message
board here and did not find a subject line addressing this problem.

I have Outlook 2007, Windows XP, and Mozilla Firefox.

Can someone please delineate concise, understandable steps showing me how to
get my help files back? I'd sure appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem? I think it happened
after the KB952142 update, if that helps anyone. How can I find and remove
this update?
