missing FxsApi header file

Where can i get the FxsApi.h and FxsApi.lib. Can any one please mail me
those files.

i am using win2k.

These files are no longer a part of the SDK. They are superceded by Winfax.h
and to some extent augmented by FaxCom.h, FaxComEx.h, FaxDev.h, FaxExt.h

If that was the case How can i use 'FaxUnRegisterRoutingExtension' Api to
Unreg Fax routing extension..

It is defined in WinFax.h. In Windows XP and Server 2003 this function is
superceded by FaxServer.UnregisterInboundRoutingExtension (faxcomex.h)
