missing font?

Hello!
I´ve got a problem with my Windows2000 SP4.

Something was broken and i booted from cd
and used the automatic recovery console.
The problem was fixed.
But after this, some programs used
the font fixed sys instead of the
font the used before.

The windows fonts marlett and tahoma are working
fine, i guess, but I´m not sure.
Means: The desktop and explorer are
displayed normal.

The programs with the wrong font are e.g.
ICQ, Zonealarm and a least cost router.

The Rebuild Fonts-function of TweakUI was useless.
Reinstalling SP4, too.

Can anyone help me?
