Missing Files

I use webshops for sharing pictures as well as
downloading pictures for my screensaver. Lately it will
no longer download and I get an error message stating
that there is a missing file 'content.ie5' from my
temporary internet files folder. This is a read only
folder and will not allow me to recreate this file from
my c: drive.

Where does this file originate and how can I replace it?
