Missing Files

I have a message that says files that are required for
windows to run properly have been replaced by
unrecognizable versions. Please insert SP CD 1, but when
I put the CD in, It does nothing
 
I hesitate to ask this, but: after you put the CD in,
are you pressing the Enter key?
