missing file

I am doing a system restore on my daughters computer. She is using Windows XP home edition. Everything was going well until it asked for my Windows CD in install file 'c20127.nls
Windows was pre installed on the computer when she bought it and she does not have a cd. Where or how can I get this file. I have been 45 minutes on the microsoft website to no avail
Someone please help

Hi Steve,

NLS = Character Translation; National Language Services driver (font or font
map). Browse to the System32 folder.

Troubleshooting:

From a previous post: In those cases it was the RIS file that was
corrupted, when the image was deleted, the problem was resolved.
