MISSING FILE

WHEN WINDOWS BOOTS UP AND THE DESKTOP APPEARS I GET A
MESSAGE TELLING ME THAT ' MSVCP71.DLL ' IS MISSING ?
IT DOESN'T SEEM TO AFFECT THE RUNNING OF THE PC , BUT I
NEED TO GET IT SORTED , ANY IDEAS ?
