Missing file "mscoree.dll"

I'm missing the file "mscoree.dll" when I'm trying to run
c:\Program Files\Installshild\Professional\Run Time\0701
\Instal32\Dotnetlnstaller.exe. Which program should I re-
install.

You may need to install the .net framework, see:
