missing file for installation :ASMS

OK i have just purchased the Windows XP Professional for my
home server that i have just buiilt. Now, when I go to
install it it says it is missing the file: ASMS.( I had
Windows XP home on there before i purchased pro.) So, now I
cant install XP pro. Can anyone help me?

PS i have tried typing in the location of where the folder
"ASMS" is located but 8that dosen't work. Also i dont know
my cd-rom drive letter. I have tried alot of drive letter
possiblities. THanks

This message is typically associated with a bad disc. If this is a CD-R
copy disc of original Windows XP media, you'll want to either use the
original media, or make another copy (if you're using Nero, get the newest
version).
