Missing Favorites Folder

There is no Favorites Folder on my Start menu. Shouldn't
there be? And how can I put my favorites there?
 
Right click the "Start" button, select Properties, go to the Start menu tab,
select Start menu if not already selected, click the Customize button, place
a check next to "Favorites" and click ok.
 
Click 'Start' Then 'Settings'

Select 'Taskbar and Start Menu'

Click on 'Start Menu Tab'


If Start Menu Enabled:
Click 'Customise'
Click on 'Advanced Tab'
Put a tick in 'Favorites Menu'

If Classic Start Menu enabled:
Click 'Customise'
Put a tick in 'Display Favorites'
