Missing entry: ServiceRunDll file

I am trying to remove a program from add/remove in my
windows xp control panel and keep getting this error
message [ Error in C:\windows\system32\cd_clnt.dll
Missing entry: ServiceRunDll ]. What can I do? Is this a
windows xp file? As far as removing the program, it has
been manually deleted.
