Missing Dynamic Library Link file Error = OX80029C4A

Sorry to cross-post! I didn't pick up this newsgroup, so I apologize in
advance!

I get this error anytime I try to open IE. I couldn't find it referenced in
a MS KB search.

Any ideas on how to correct the problem? Running Windows 98SE with IE 6.

I haven't been able to replicate it since the first error, but I can no
longer get into IE. I have run AdAware and Spybot, cleaned up a few
cookies, but nothing else was on there. I keep virus definitions up to
date.
