Missing DLL

I am missing DLL file "fp30wel.dll" I do not find it in
the dll download file,,,,,,,anyone????

What download are you taking about?

The fp30wel.dll is related to FP98 and is installed when you install FP98
from it's CD.

I had the same problem a few years back and as I recallI
had to reinstall my windows NT cd.
