Missing Dll file FP30WEL.dll

File "FP30WEL.DLL" is missing when reinstalling front page. Does anyone know where I can download the file? Thanks

This file came with FrontPage 98, and with Microsoft
Personal Web Server for Windows 95.

MSKB article 188890 mentions a new version downloadable
from ftp://FTP.MICROSOFT.COM/products/frontpage, but the
file seems to be missing from the FTP site. I strongly
suspect it's no longer under support.

All in all, it seems that it might be time to upgrade.
