Missing .dll file

I get this error message when I try to use my Outlook
2002:Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could
not access the specified folder location. The .DLL file
for the information service could not be found. MAPI was
unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure
the service is correctly installed and configured.

Can anyone help me? I tried the repair office function,
which gave me other errors, I have no idea what they were.
What can I do? Do I need to totally uninstall than re-
install?

Recreate your mail profile in Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles
This corruption is likely caused by upgrading from Outlook 2000 without
recreating your mail profile.

-Create an Office XP CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 3

OK, I tried that, but even though I created a new profile,
I am still getting that same error message....any other
suggestions?

Are you running Office XP with the latest service pack installed?

No, running windows Me. I got it to work finally, now i
have an error saying I can't do email, that it isn't
installed correctly? I checked the FAQ on the Office site,
found the solution, to re-install the Msoe50.inf but now
it says I don't have a file that I need, 9xmig.dll. So
where do I find this file?

That is a file from Windows ME. Better continue for support in a Windows
(ME) newsgroup
