missing dll file

everytime i start windows i get an error box saying "could
not load c:\program files\wild tangent\apps\cda\cdaengine
0040.dll"
anyone any idea how i can rectify this

Go to Start | Run | msconfig. On the start up tab uncheck any reference
to this .dll loading. Scan your system for malware as the other poster
indicated.
