Dcgpofix is included in Windows Server 2003 and recreates the default
policies in that version of the OS. For Windows 2000, you should use
recreatedefpol.exe to restore the default group policy objects. This used
to be a utility we had to send out, but it was posted publicly a couple of
days ago (on 5/10/2004 to be precise) to the following website:
