Missing Contacts

I don't know if this is an Outlook or Word issue so I'll post in both. When I attempt to create an envelope in Word using Outlook not all of my contacts appear. With some help I've narrowed the problem down to the missing contacts not having an email address or fax number. I am running Windows XP Home, Outlook and Word 2002. I would like to avoid putting in dummy email addresses or fax numbers

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When the Word Address Book shows only Contacts with e-mail addresses, that
usually means you did an inplace upgrade from IMO support mode of Outlook
and Word's Address book remains linked to your old Outlook profile. This MS
