After weeks with wrestling with the issue of the missing Acrobat 6.0 toolbar
in MS Word 2003, I have finally learned that the cause is a setting in
Microsoft Outlook which uses MS Word to check emails. You can turn this
option off in Outlook by going to Options, then Mail Format tab, and
Unchecking Use Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages.

NOW that the old problem is fixed, a new one arises - is there a way to use
Word 2003 to edit email messages without losing the Adobe toolbar? Thanks.

G'day "philrbjr" <[email protected]>,

LOL! I have far better questions for you:

1) Is it possible to use Word as an email editor on ANY PLATFORM and
not have massive associated problems? (IMHE, NO!)

2) Is it possible to use Outlook2003 without it crashing regardless of
email editor settings? (IMHE, NO!)
