Missing Address Bar

My address bar in IE 6 has suddenly gone missing leaving
me only with 'MyWebsearch' as a poor alternative.

I have tried re-installing, looking at the display
settings (address bar is checked on the tool bar) and
following the advice of others in some newsgroups.

Unfortunately nothing has worked, forcing me to start
using Netscape 6, which is excellent. However I would like
to get my IE6 back and running correctly.

Any ideas please?

Have you checked for other malware?
Work through the solutions (CWShredder, Ad-aware, Spybot) at
